A Day in the Life
Victor’s day starts early, reviewing orders and coordinating shipments to meet customer deadlines. He meticulously organizes inventory, double-checks orders for accuracy, and ensures that all shipments comply with industry regulations.
Whether it’s preparing small parcels or handling large freight shipments, Victor takes pride in his work, knowing that Mechanical Power’s reputation depends on timely and accurate deliveries.
As part of his role, Victor follows strict work instructions to maintain efficiency and accuracy in the shipping department. His responsibilities include:
1. Pulling, packing, and shipping products in an efficient and precise manner.
2. Ensuring all warehouse employees are properly trained to complete required tasks thoroughly.
3. Maintaining compliance with Mechanical Power’s Quality Management System Documentation, ensuring adherence to ISO9001 standards.
4. Verifying that all documents, including purchase orders (POs) and processing purchase orders (PPOs), are accurately processed within our ERP Database Software.
5. Collaborating with the Quality Assurance Manager to ensure that all processes align with updated documentation and quality control standards.
6. Making sure that only the latest issued documents are used in daily operations and obsolete ones are removed from circulation.
