What has your experience been with our company culture?
At Mechanical Power we have a family culture, we all work together as a team, one of the best places to be, it keeps you motivated day by day, we learn daily and keep learning.
What is your favorite thing about working at MPI?
The Team and Upper Management.
What is the favorite part about your job?
The Company understands the value of your family and are there to listen and help you out if you have any problems.
In three words, how would a friend describe you?
Active, Risk-Taker, Respectful.
What has been your the biggest “lesson learned“ in the past years?
Always work together with your team.
What kinds of resources have you taken advantage of while on our team?
MPI is supportive if you need any kind of training they are there to help you.
If there’s one thing you could improve, what would it be?
The entire team is always working for the better, but we must improve shipments from overseas to our facility.
What’s your favorite sport?
Baseball/Football “GO CUBS and BEARS”
