Ran into a issue with my main supplier being months late on a certain production components that I needed the next day. I ended up explaining my issue to Michael and he literally told me he would do everything he could to help.
Within 30 mins, he called back stating that product will be at my location in the morning. Provided tracking information and informed the next day that product arrived. He literally saved me from a internal stand point.
