Job Title:Warehouse Associate
Reports To: Warehouse Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Position Summary: This position is responsible for being a key player working on the warehouse team. This position delivers excellent service to customers and is a positive team player.

- Properly assemble items
- Un-carton and inspect items per order, blanket wrap and cart up ready for delivery.
- Assist with receiving count and inspect
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Assist with deliveries when needed
- Operate in an organized and safe manner
- Stay on pace and be efficient and productive
- Ask for help if uncertain or struggling to complete task.
- Maintain tools and equipment, use the correct tool for the job
- Operate safely, be aware of hazardous conditions, report all unsafe conditions to manager, wear
personal protective equipment when operating power tools or working with chemicals
- Communicate with others to inform, build trust and confidence, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience
- Assist with other projects as needed
- Support and follow all ISO standards including MPI procedures, work instructions, work flow charts, and all quality system related training.

- To be assigned by the Warehouse Manager. KPI’s will be based on individual tasks and assignments.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma and related experience in field.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
