Our KBZ brand ball bearings are produced in a facility that employs over 300 skilled employees and operates under ISO 9002 certification. Only the highest-quality SAE 52100 chromium steel or stainless steel is used to produce the rings and balls.
The ball raceways are machined into the rings in a four-step process, with the final step featuring a super-finishing process similar to honing. This process produces an extremely smooth and shiny surface equivalent to that of the grade G15 spherical balls that will roll within it, which reduces the noise level and extends the operating life of the ball bearings.
After final assembly, KBZ ball bearings are 100 percent inspected for dimensional and running accuracy and appearance to ensure consistently high-quality operation.
